My name is Alan Makayev and this is my story...
I came to the United States hoping to study oriental and naturopathic medicine to combine various systems, but I only had $200 to my name, and that was not enough. So, I started digging ditches and doing construction for a while, starting at $5/hour, but several of my employers kept saying that I should get into real estate because it would fit my abilities. I did and have been doing it for 30 years now. I had no clue what real estate was and what to do when I started, but saved some money and bought the first house, then second, etc. I have probably purchased, remodeled, operated and sold over several dozens of homes.
Prior to that, I excelled in studies in secondary school, particularly in math, physics and chemistry and attended the following universities:
-
North Ossetian State Medical Academy, Vladikavkaz. 1989. Honors Diploma. Physician.
-
State Pedagogical University, Foreign Languages, Pyatigorsk.
-
State Linguistic University, Maurice Thorez, Foreign Languages, Moscow. 1991. Certificate of Excellence
-
Lomonosov State University, Asian-African Countries, Moscow.
Why are you running for Governor of Washington?
"I am available for Hire.
For the Governor’s job, that You don’t admire.
For Breaking corrupted, Two – Party Tradition.
I am Nobody, The Nonsense Buster! And I am the ONLY Opposition."
I am in this race because I am the best candidate Washington has ever had and I am ready, and willing, to clean up the mess that was created by the unfit and incompetents over the last 30 plus years. I am ready to explode because I can’t take this NONSENSE anymore, this lawlessness, anarchy, and chaos. I just want to fix the state where I live. I do not care about money, power or fame, but I do care about you, more than all of the other candidates together. I don’t need this job, but this job needs me, because I have what no other candidate has: the vision and the proper ideology to transform our society from where it is now into a better place.
I am superior in knowledge, in education, in experience and results. I have a better understanding of what’s happening, why it’s happening what needs to be done and how it needs to be accomplished. And I am the most capable to get it done because my achievements and balance sheet speak for themselves.
The politicians that have been in charge of this state for the last say 30 years had absolutely no vision. That's why no matter who was elected, things were not improving. Because the new ones were just as blind, as the ones that got replaced. This state is rotting, morally and physically. Vision is not a dream or a goal or something that gets cooked up in one's head. It's the ability to see what's not obvious or visible.
If you are wondering what Nonsense Busters are, here is the explanation. It is about people getting tired with government inefficiencies, corruption and incompetence. When they get oppressed and downtrodden they tend to get upset and depressed, and at some point, they get fed up. At first, they don't do anything about it. But then they reach a boiling point and rise up and try to get elected. We are ready to Bust up all the Nonsense. The more people join us in that effort, the sooner we can get it done.
What are your qualifications?
I have a better grasp and understanding of the following:
-
Education - I studied in 4 various universities
-
Medicine - I graduated from medical school, as a physician
-
Construction, Real Estate and Housing - I have over 30 years of experience
-
Finance & Investments - I started with $200 and in 30 years have built a small fortune
-
Discipline - one of my teachers instilled this in me at a very young age.
-
Results - mine speak louder than words.
-
Problem Solving - I know how to solve complex problems with limited data available. I can smell fools and corruption from miles away.
According to a study by the DHM in late 2023, a slight majority of Washingtonians think the state is on the wrong track. What will you do to get more Washingtonians to think the state is headed in the right direction?
The Two top fundraisers (from the Uniparty Demo/Republican) have already wasted over $9,000,000 combined on their campaigns (as of July 15th). Just wait until it’s over to see the final numbers. What do you think they will do with the state budget, if they get into the office? Both are forever government employees and career politicians, that don’t have a clue what real work is. In addition, you have a Sheriff (police cop) on one side and attorney police cop (Attorney General) on the other. What a “great” choice we have here?
Attorneys are running the United States. Their laws are cunning. All of them are classmates. (They know each other, they are in cahoots)
I know, you are wondering, how is it possible? Simple. Same answer as before: Remove the dimwits, the imbeciles, the unfit, etc., and their regressive policies. Stop the waste and corruption and the stupid everywhere. You placed wolves in chicken coops and then you wonder why all of the chickens get eaten? Your pressure washing guy using sewage water to wash your house and then you wonder why it stinks.
Homelessness is a top concern across the state. The problem is particularly bad in King County. What will your approach to the issue be, and how will it create new solutions?
If you are looking for an impromptu dumb answer, check with other candidates. I would first need to collect all the data available on the issue and see all the screw ups and ridiculous policies and procedures that most likely are on the books, that were implemented by the incompetents and then I would propose some solutions. And the first ones would be removing all the idiotic decisions, restrictions, etc. For example, if someone getting hung by the rope, the first thing to do is to cut off the rope and help that person down, but if instead the first thing somebody does is measuring blood pressure, then there will be a corpse. And that is what we have here.
Crooked politicians hire a plumber to do the electrical work, then concrete finisher to hang drywall, etc., and since they cannot do the work, they have no skills for, then a manager is hired to supervise them, bureaucracy gets bigger, the boss on top justifies bigger pay and tax increases – very little gets done, but a ton of money gets wasted, and so on. I could be wrong, but may be, I am not.
What will you do to help ease Washingtonians' financial stress?
I know how to get things done on a budget & will remove all the fluff, eliminate government bureaucracies that have grown at an exponential rate and use the excess funds to pay off the tolls on roads and bridges, cut prices of car tabs and high gas prices, look into lowering property taxes. I understand housing better than any candidate and will find all kinds of solutions to get housing costs more affordable. My ultimate goal is to have free healthcare as an option, in addition to current system. At a minimum there should be inexpensive alternative healthcare options; preventive and prophylactic medicine established. When the crime, squatting, other Nonsense gets under control, the costs associated with all that will disappear and that will lower some of the day-to-day expenses. Step by step, it all will lead to savings.
What do you see emerging as a top problem for Washington in five years and what would you do now to prevent it?
The problems will continue to mount, and things will only get worse, if people continue to elect same fools and buffoons, with only difference being names and faces. Birthright Democracy carries some blame. Before one can vote, one should be trained. The unfit and unskilled should not fly airplane! But they get elected, and that is insane! Attorneys are trained to be counselors and, with very rare exceptions, should never hold an executive office, like Mayor, Governor, President – or you will be screwed. Law is a specialty discipline, and people that end up practicing it have a certain mindset which is not suitable for general management. The number one thing on their mind is how to not get sued (for the screw ups that they make)! That’s why they don’t care about any of us, at least when they are in charge.
Problems are artificial barriers, created by fools and imbeciles, because they lack ability to solve them. That is why the longer they are in charge, the more problems they will create. The solution is so simple. Hire smart people. Smart people are very rare and very precious, but there are less than 1 in a million and the average person cannot tell the difference. But here is a clue - look at what they’ve done. For example, if your neighbor’s roof is leaking, do not use their roofer. If your life and the socioeconomic conditions surrounding you, keep getting worse and worse, don't re-elect them!
Why should people who live in Washington vote for you?
I know how to get things done, particularly on a tighter budget. I will eliminate all nonsense, starting day one in office. All the fools, the unfit, and the incompetent will be removed. I will make an announcement that the State is looking for the most capable to come forward and accept positions; people with integrity and humility should hold positions of power.
I know the proper answers to the following questions:
-
What is disease, what is crime, what is causing each and why is it happening?
-
What is punishment, what is causing it and why is it happening?
-
Why have government bureaucracies grown at an exponential rate, with a decrease in services, while government corruption runs rampant?
Do any of the top candidates know the correct answers to any of them? What have they accomplished?
Accomplishment is overcoming difficulties and adversities, when the odds are stacked against you, when you work more than 7 days a week, including a lot of labor. Then, 30 years later, you find out that you accumulated more wealth than the so-called “Top Four” contenders did together. They pale in comparison: they did raise more money (large donors imply corruption, while I am self-funded. They are forever politicians, careerists and government employees with no business experience and no real clue on what to do. They claim they do, but they don’t.
